I needed 260 hideous square feet of 1967 flooring removed from my house, so I called a bunch of local abatement companies. Banner Environmental returned my call, sent someone to test the floor, and gave me a written quote before anyone else had even responded. Their pricing was extremely reasonable, and they answered my every question promptly. Yesterday, their contractors showed up on time and got straight to work. They set up the HVAC system and sealed everything in the room off, including things I wouldn’t have thought of – lighting fixtures, holes in the wall from construction, and closed windows. Three men got the job done in under 6 hours, and there wasn’t a scrap of that ugly floor anywhere to be found. They even swept the exit on their way out. It was almost like waving a wand.
