Wady Ortega is the General Manager of Field Staff at Banner Environmental Services and is someone most clients interact with.
He is responsible for the organization and development of each job, which is no small task. In this very important role, Wady makes sure each project is completed successfully and within the required timeline and budget.
In addition to being responsible for the overall management of each project, Wady carefully and strategically balances the team’s workload, making sure each team member is working to their unique strengths and abilities.
Client satisfaction is his number one goal on each project, but Wady is always aware of the physical safety of all team members, making sure they have all the required equipment, materials, and training to successfully do their job safely and efficiently.

What do you like about Banner Environmental and the Environmental Services Industry?
I appreciate Banner Environmental the most for its focus on the growth and development of employees. They prioritize both helping more-and-more clients get the results they are seeking and creating a welcoming atmosphere where employees can thrive.
What is your toughest challenge at work?
The biggest challenge is collaborating with individuals whose views don’t always align with mine. Despite this, I’ve made a concerted effort to improve communication and foster a positive work environment that results in happy and productive team members as well as very satisfied clients.

Be willing to learn, be diligent, and take care at work.
