What are your job responsibilities?

As a warehouse manager I fix broken equipment and schedule vehicles to be maintained.
As a field supervisor I go out to jobs and make sure Banner employees are being productive and safe in getting the job at hand done. It may also require me to operate a machine or two to get the job done more efficient.

What do you like about Banner Environmental and the Environmental Services Industry?

Banner is good to work for because the owners treat you like family if you need anything to make it faster, easier, or most important safer they encourage you to due it.


What is your toughest challenge at work?

I would have to say learning how to work with different types of people and seeing what works best to get the best result. I’m still learning everyday to achieve the best results.


What’s your best career advice?

My grandfather gave me the best advice when I was a kid. Learn from the best so you can be at least half way good. Find a job that treats you well.


Who inspires you?

My grandfather gave me my work ethics (work hard and safety first).


What do most people not know about you?

I’m simple I believe in less moving parts the less that can go wrong.


What do you like to do for fun?

I spend time with my 5 kids and grandson on the weekends. I love the outdoors like camping and quadding. I like building things with metal and fixing my own equipment.


What’s on your bucket list?

Someday I would like to go to Bora Bora for a weekend.


What accomplishment are you most proud of (inside or outside of Banner)?

I started off as a machine operator at banner and got promoted up to where I am today because they like to promote from within the company.
