I recently had an opportunity to work with Banner on two separate projects. Both projects were in schools and involved lots of paperwork, State notifications and careful scheduling, all of which were completed with no issues. While on-site the team took great care to ensure all regulations were met and kept to the agreed schedule. Imagine how surprised and frustrated we were when black mold was found in our basement the day our new carpet installation was to take place. Banner returned my call that same day, had someone on site that week to inspect and diagnose, and had the issue resolved within days. Their pricing was more than fair, and they executed the task neatly and with precision, only removing the parts of the floors that were compromised. Our project consisted of 1,800 square foot vinyl asbestos floor tile and mastic removal. The Banner team arrived on time on the scheduled day and completed the project over a three-day period. The team was both professional and courteous. All debris was properly removed and the space was left in pristine condition.
