Though Craig Bezarro may have just stepped through the doors of Banner Environmental this October, his impact is already palpable. Embracing his role as a Sales and Project Manager with gusto, Craig seamlessly integrates Sales, Business Development, and Project Management. His prior experiences shine brightly, ensuring that every project under his purview is handled with the utmost professionalism. Reflecting on his initial moments at Banner, Craig speaks highly of the positive atmosphere he felt immediately, attributing the company’s success to the collective efforts of its dedicated team.
Deeply rooted in the values of integrity and character, Craig recalls the wisdom of UCLA’s famous basketball coach, John Wooden: “Be more concerned with your character than your reputation, because your character is what you really are, while your reputation is merely what others think you are.” This philosophy drives Craig, guiding his decisions and molding his interactions. Navigating the Environmental Services Industry, Craig’s advice to newcomers is profound yet practical: immerse oneself in every facet of the business and always strive to offer that extra step for clients, as it’s the efforts beyond the call of duty they’ll remember.
Beyond the confines of his professional realm, Craig cherishes the joys of fatherhood. Recalling the early days of coaching his son’s sports teams, he’s proud of the influence he had on young minds, molding them into the responsible adults they’ve become. Away from work, Craig immerses himself in yard work, engages in playful antics with his Fiancee Kim and new puppy Bubba, enjoys invigorating motorcycle rides, and harbors dreams of a future trip to Italy. Yet, amidst all these aspirations, the simple desire to one day be a grandfather holds a special place in his heart.
