He is deeply proud of the stability Banner has provided him over the years, emphasizing that he has never experienced unemployment since he joined the company. His appreciation for the security and steady work environment encapsulates his favorite aspect of being a part of the Banner family and the Environmental Services Industry.

Sandro’s journey to Banner is a tale of resilience and inspiration. Originally from a different country and without immediate family, he established a life here, creating his own family. He attributes his decision to embark on a career in Environmental Services to his family, whose influence has helped shape his career path. His proud accomplishments include not only his career successes but also his personal achievements – owning his own home, his close-knit family, and a deep, fulfilling relationship with God.

In the face of work’s demanding challenges, such as tight project timelines, Sandro taps into a collaborative spirit and coordinates closely with the office to ensure jobs are finished on time. What do you like about Banner Environmental and the Environmental Services Industry?

I’ve been here more than 10 years and there has never been a lack of work to help clients.


What is your toughest challenge at work?

When we have a short timeline to finish the job. My onsite team and the office have to work closely together to finish the job on time.


What’s your best career advice?

Be responsible and respectful to everyone, and have an open mind to learn from others.


Who inspires you?

My family.


What do most people not know about you?

I came from another country with no family, and now I have my own family.


What do you like to do for fun?

Travel with my family on vacation, spending time with my family and kids.


What’s on your bucket list?

Go to Puerto Rico, Jerusalem, all the places Jesus walked, and all the historical places in the Bible.


What accomplishment are you most proud of (inside or outside of Banner)?

  • By working at Banner I have been able to purchase and own my house.
  • Outside Banner my family and my relationship with God and my career in the Lord.
