The team then removed the critical barriers and floor covering, followed by HEPA vacuuming under these barriers to ensure thorough cleaning.

In cases where ceilings might crack, we informed the clients about these potential issues beforehand, although we were not responsible for these repairs. Additionally, some vermiculite might remain in hard-to-reach areas, such as cracks or wall cavities, which may require further demolition for complete removal.

Third-Party Asbestos Abatement Clearance and Compliance

As per MADLS regulations, an independent hygienist performed and invoiced a third-party clearance to certify the abatement’s thoroughness and safety.
